Malibu Woodboards are all hand-shaped by Erik Hurst, shaped in a small woodshop on the coast of Malibu, California.

Erik has many years expertise shaping his woodboards. He adds thick full body rails, hand inlaid surfboard stringers, thick Redwood & Basswood tail blocks and nice looking surfboard rocker

Years ago he invented a sturdy laminated wooden structure (Pat.Pend.) by combining these methods. Erik hand-shapes gorgeous imported raw wood into original surf art history.

These hand-made boards are not for surfing, they are fine works of art (eye candy) used for wall-mounts, bar-tables, and coffee-tables.

Each woodboard is MADE TO ORDER 4 foot 6 foot 8 foot woodboards are approximately 4' 3" - 6' 3" - 8' 3" 18 inches wide x 2-1/4" thick 10-20-30 lbs

Please inform if you intend to use for something other then hanging directly to the wall, retro fit for bar-table, coffee table, lighting, etc.
